I’ve been going to the Plano location for the past 3 years. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. I’ve rotated to about 4 of the stylists there before settling mainly on KC. She’s very personable and she gets the job done very well and efficiently. Great customer interaction and always shows that she cares. Will be coming here for as long as I can!
Came in for a cut to shape up. KC did the work, made sure it was an inviting environment while being professional and knocked out the cut leaving me feeling like a million bucks and satisfied. Would highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to the Boardroom on Preston for a little over half a year and I have nothing but good things to say. Staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is exceptional. My barber is Fatima and she’s phenomenal. I get the bald fade and beard trim - the final result is consistently outstanding. I get compliments all the time on the way my hair looks. I have a membership too, so I maintain a fresh look all the time.
Always have a wonderful time at the boardroom. I went for my monthly cut and saw someone new. I went to see Lily today, she gave me a wonderful cut. She showed me a different way to style my hair with my cow licks, but like an old dog I’m not a fan of new tricks. So she went ahead and cut my hair like I’ve had for years. Lily is definitely awesome and genuinely cares and loves her job. Which is rare nowadays, especially for someone as young as her. So, she is wonderful and actually cares about her job! She was a great people person and a stylist!
I have been going to the boardroom for about a decade now. I just recently visited Dallas again and saw Fatima. She is a legit barber and is awesome! Took her time on every detail. The Benchmark is a MUST. Fatima did the hair and the beard trim to perfection. I would highly recommend her and the boardroom Plano Lakeside Market!!
Got a haircut from Fatima (Jennifer) and it was exactly what I asked for. She took the time to find out what I wanted, and looked at my reference photos and even checked up on me towards to end to see if there was anything that needed fixing. Got the exact mullet cut I wanted, definitely recommend her!
Great experience and all the ladies are amazing. KC took very good care of me. Goes above and beyond just your normal hair cut. She cares about you and your experience. Definitely coming back because of her.
